Hi guys

i have got rizr z3, but the problem is when i turn its power on it asks for the unlock code , the guy who previouly owned it put the code on it, as the default unlock code is 1234 and security code is 000000, i have tried both but he might have changed the default codes , does someone has an idea of how to resolve this issue?
