Editing VOB from DVD in Ulead 10

Hi there
I have some VOB BUP and IFO files that I have taken off a DVD in order to edit in Ulead 10. They have copied on to my hardrive (all except one...no idea why). I can see them in ULEAD but they start okay for a few seconds and then freeze but the audio continues for a few moments then that cuts out too. Then it will jump to something further on and do the same thing. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Just a guess, but maybe uLead doesn't like VOB. Try running them through VOB2MPG and see if uLead will accept them then.

I'm pretty new to all this can you explain what VOB2MPG is and how I do what you suggest. You will have to give me step by step advice I'm afaid. Many thanks for your thoughts

Inform us what r u going to do with ripped vob(s). This will facilitate us to suggest tools and actions to perform.
