I want to know what would be the best battery to buy for my psp. I want the longest playing time possible for it, and what is mAh, and how much can the psps support up to, internal would be the best for me, but I guess external is ok too. Thanks for helping me out.

mAh: A measure of a battery's total capacity. The higher the number (600 mAh, 1,500 mAh) the more charge a battery can hold.

I'd go with a 2200mAh. They may last for about 8 hours. There are fake 3000mAh for psp out there so don't buy off of ebay because they may say 3000 mah but they probly last less then an 1800mAh. Also, buy a Sony battery and not a cheap 3rd party one because they don't last as long.

the official sony 2200mAh stamina battery is the best. at least 5-6 hours on the fats, and 8-9 on the slims. i love the battery life on my slim now, since they released the covers for them.
