Hiya, Didn't see an existing thread about my problem so i decided to start my own.

My mom was recently given a Gold Dolce & Gabbana V3i. Last week she dropped the V3i out of her handbag onto the floor and ever since there has only been a plain white display.

If you press the keys when the phone is powered up you can hear the key tones and i can ring out aswell and when the phone is turned off the dolce & gabbana power down sound is played so the phone is still working.

Any help is greatly appreciated

All i get is an illuminated plain white screen, can anyone help?????
