L6 melody studio

I have Mobile phone tools 4.56 for vista my phone is a L6,, it all seems to work fine except the melody studio,i can crop a section of tune but when i try to save to pc i get a message "cannot create file",,can anyone help.I also wonder why you cannot send straight to the phone,,the controls are there but dont work
