I am looking for advice on purchasing a sim card for use in Canada.

I will be using 2 unlocked Nokia's, which were previously provided by O2.

having looked there are loads of different cards available, the most popular being T-Mobile.

Is there a way I could find out if that card would work in the phones, or what do you recommend?
