I am trying to rip and convert to Xvid Lost Season 2 and am having a problem.

DVD Decrypter rips the episodes (I use IFO mode), but when I convert them with AutoGK (or VirtualDub) the audio starts about 2 seconds before the video starts. It begins the audio track, but the video doesn't come in until 2 seconds later. I have tried this with multiple episodes and it does it for all of them.

I have tried DVDShrink, but it gives a "Can't read" error and DVDFab won't get past the "Reading the media" phase. I have also tried it on 3 different DVD drives.

Seasons 1 & 3 worked fine, so I really can't figure out why this one is giving me so much trouble.

Any help would be great.

I already tried that.

When I try to convert it in AutoGK every episode gives me a field order transition error, but they have never caused me problems in the past, so I usually just ignore them.

Hey StHapns,
I was wondering if you figured this problem out? I am having the same issue with the same episodes.

What is weird is once the show starts (the audio is out of sync), if I stop the show and restart from the present location it syncs the audio fine. This happens on about 20% of the DVDs I convert.

I have tried everything under the sun to figure this out.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
