I bought a MP4 Player from Computersupermarket.com

I am having problems with Recording from FM Radio.

The Manual that I have tells me that I can do this, but the player doesn't have the option, also the Website tells me I should have 50 radio presets, I have only got 20.

Can someone help?

sorry but you have been ripped off, a lot of cheap players advertise features but have some missing on the device you buy, they get round this by having a manual that covers 3-7 different devices, so if approched they can say this has it but this 1 dont, and as far as mis-leading advertising, with international advertising esp over internet there is no enforcement, as there is no international advertising laws.
