Hi,

While trying to install YDL 5.0.2 on my PS3, i might have messed up the "/etc/inittab" and "/etc/kboot.conf" files.

When YDL is booting up to the GUI , I see a the YDL background, a blue progress bar and a mouse pointer... then the screen goes black, but the mouse arrow stays (at this point my keyboard and mouse are non-functional.

Again I think i might have messed up the "/etc/inittab" and "/etc/kboot.conf" files, Is there a way to reset these files to factory defaults without having to reformat the HDD and re-install YDL?

Thanks a lot
