i have a problem with my nokia 6300. sunday i turned it off for work, when i turned it on again after work i entered my acces code, which he accepted, but after that i couldnt do anything, he is asking for a limited/restricted use code, which i dont have.
but i cant do anything with my phone now. when i went to my provider(t-mobile) today they said that some1 must have tried to unlock the sim, and that went wrong and now it has gone in that limited/restricted mode. or that some1 has changed my limited/restricted use code.
i cant do anything with it, no1 else knows my acces code, i didnt give my telephone to no1 else, so i really dont understand how come he went in this mode.
can any1 tell me what happened? anybody else has had such problems?? can it be some kind of virus, or a software problem???
i didnt do anything, like i said i turned it off when i was at work, and after work i couldnt do anything with it!! it drives me crazy cause they say that i, or some1 must have tried something but im 10000% sure that no1 has even touched my phone. at work i keep it in my closet, which only i have acces 2, and no1 has my acces code, so no1 could have gained acces to my phone.
what can i do to use my phone again? how can i get the limited/restricted use code?
i never cared about unlocking my phone, i always have been with the same provider(t-mobile) and i dont have any reason to unlock my phone.
my IMEI number is 356436015182500 and im from holland. my provider is t-mobile.
