Can you Rip the original menu files from a DVD Movie?

Hi, i wanna know if you can rip the original menu files from a DVD movie and burn those files together to a DVD-R. So the DVD will have the cool ass looking menu instead of the crappy menu that i make with SpruceUP. I understand that i need to use IFOedit to re-adjust the chapter pointers and other stuffs, but i just wanna know if this is possible.
