I tried asking this question in another Forum. But got no answers. It would be wise to at least skim over the first link to that forum to better understand how it all began.

I did a System Recovery using F11. Bam, all wiped clean and ready to go. But first I tried using Windows Backup but it failed towards to end while writing to DVD's. I didn't want to start it over and risk having it happen again after hours of back up. This could be related to the reasons why I was doing a recovery in the first place. So I decided to use Nero only because I have successfully used it in the past on my XP PC. I ended up with 3 DVD's of information ready to be restored onto my freshly Recovered Laptop. I reinstalled Nero (don't think this matters but I upgraded to Ultimate as apposed to using just plain version 7). I then did a restore. All went fine but I can't find any of my files. No videos, no pictures, no documents! So if you skimmed over the related post you know I had an issue removing Best Buys name. Some of the files backed up were in "Best Buy" folders. Well I got there name of my laptop, but can't figure out why I can't find the files. I do have "Best Buy folders" now, but no files in them.

HELP!
