The one I'm using on XP works fine. It's a Sony DRU-820A. Does it have to have a specific 64bit Vista driver to work? I don't think it does.

Otherwise, what drive would you recommend for Vista x64? I want to burn DVDs mostly lol

What about this ASUS drive? I'm buying an ASUS motherboard, but I don't know anything about their dvd drives.

Nope there's no such thing as 32/64-bit specific optical drives, they should all run fine irregardless of operating system... even on Vista.. :)
