A while back, I watched some guys on youtube that some games are encoded so that files are written in the outer ring of UMD so it would load quickly and they put dummy files. Anyone hows that program is?

Yeah I remember it now, now that I have used UMDGen for quite sometime, and it was ripkit, but that app hasnt been updated for ages, so I got UMDGen.
