Creat a dvd in chapters

hello I have 4 DVD folders, all are episodes and in all makes a one DVD, I want to burn them but I like them in chapters, so when I put my media in the DVD player I have a menu with all 4 episodes, then I choose which one I want, can you help me doing this?

I believe Nero will do it in the make a movie selection and make a menu for u also. DDV Flick may do what u want as well.

Like iluvendo says,Nero Vision can do that if you have Nero, also DVD Flick which is free will do that for you, among other programs.
Each episode is probably comprised of several VOB files, so I think easier would be if you merge the individual vob files from each episode and make them in one vob each, so you will have one large VOB for each episode. Then you can load the 4 new VOBs in Nero Vision or Flick and make your menus. You can easily merge the vobs with DVD Shrink. If they are already one VOB per episode, then nevermind, just use NV or DVD Flick.

how should i make a single vob for each episode?and what to use?

You are confusing me...in your first post you say you have 4 DVD folders, then you say they are not DVD format, they are mpeg4 , now you say they are VOB again and want to merge them into a single VOB per episode...HMM...:~)!
Okay, if they are VOBs, a few for each episode, you can use DVD Shrink(this one is free).
You open DVD Shrink and reauthor the episode. You go up on top to "EDIT"->"Preferences"->"Output Files" and here un-check "Split VOB files into 1GB size file chunks."
It will only take a couple of minutes to process, and the ouput will include 1 single VOB for your episode. After you are done with all 4, load them in your converter and make your menus/chapters.
