could anyone tell me which games have game sharing and how you do that if you have the game?

uhmmm... I don't know many that have game sharing... I know that Sonic Rivals 2 and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heros (or something like that) do. you do it by having the PSP without the game go on game sharing from the XMB menu while the PSP with the game selects the in game Game sharing option (location of the option varies from game to game)
