You will end up with 4 folders, 2 .dat files and 6 text files.
The folder you need to put on to your psp is the psp_mame4all_v4.9r2. This is the main file. Now you will need to change the eboot.pbp thats in the main folder with the eboot.pbp thats in the psp_mame4all_v4.9r2-usermode. So just copy it and paste it into the psp_mame4all_v4.9r2.
Now, I have seen other people saying to copy this into the PSP\GAME150 folder on the psp but I have mine in PSP\GAME and it works for me.
That's it. Now you just need to put the roms into the PSP\psp_mame4all_v4.9r2\roms. As I have said before, so far only the roms listed in the games list work though I have only tried a few of them. The game list should be one of the text files that was in the download.
Anyway, hope that helps someone.

P.S. The link below is for a psp_mame4all_v4.9r2 installer download. Looks like you just plug in your psp to your pc and run the installer. It will install all the file you require. I haven't tried it, so if someone does, let everyone know.
