Hi, I have a TA-082 PSP running firmware 3.80 m33-4. For about 3 months, the sound has not been working from the speakers. When I put headphones in, I have to wiggle them around and put them in a certain position for them to work. I have never opened my PSP or flashed it for anything except downgrading/updating to CFW. I have heard something about cleaning the keys using keycleaner 1.4 or something, but I don't know how to use it or anything. Please respond ASAP. Thanks.

have u dropped it? cause it seems like there is a piece out of place. if u can try to open it and look around the audio jack for something like a loose wire
