hi all.
my xbox v1.6 developed a slight prob.
basically the drawer stopped opening.
so using the paper clip trick i got it
open and it plays games and DVD's ok.
now i have read that it can be the
magnetic disk clamp not releasing,
just out of interest could it possibly
be the drive band is slightly worn(stretched)
so that it doesnt quite have that 'snap' action
that would seperate the spindle cleanly from
the mag clamp? as an aside, once its been opened
it opens and closes fine until left overnight.
