Everything seems fine until the preview screen goes through that blue legal notice screen then error message "DVDneXtcopy Main Client" has encountered a problem and must close. After several successful copies with machinist2 this has happened 3 times with Warner Brother movies. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to change your software choice: get DVDFab HD Decrypter, DVD Shrink and ImgBurn, all tree free. You migh also need FixVts, another useful little tool.
