Why does Final Fantasy XII's FMVs stutter when playing from good media w/Swap Magic?

I'm trying to play Final Fantasy XII using Swap Magic 2.0 but the FMVs stutter horribly.

I'm using authentic Taiyo Yuden media (DVD+R) and burned at the slowest speed possible (4x). I've also used other media and have this same problem.

How can I fix it?
