Why does my CECT P168 say invalid video file?

I keep trying to play mp4 format videos and my phone keeps saying invalid video file. I have one mp4 file that plays, but when ever i upload another one it still says invalid video file. And i have gotton some coverting software and used it to convert some files to mp4 and yet again the phone still says invail video file. Does anyone know what i need to know to make it work???
