AOE III Warchiefs Problem With Menu and color

I have installed AOE III Warchiefs the expansion. But when I start it and it goes to the main screen I can't see the menu's and the buildings and people seem to be highlighted. I don't know if it's the game or my computer settings. I would appreciate the help. Thanks.
