I found a Motorola RAZR outside on the ground a few months ago, and we've been trying to make it work. It had some dumb user code on it, so we didn't do anything with it. I've been looking on Google, and finally found a little trick that lets people get past the screen lock:
At the welcome screen, where your welcome message is displayed, simply close the phone. It bypasses the password, and if you need to do anything else, just use the six digit code 000000 (assuming it hasn't been changed)
So that issue is fixed.
Now I want to unlock it ;)
I've done hours of rigorous searching and come up with nothing. Everything tells me that the V3c is a CDMA phone, and I don't really know why that matters. I can't use the *#060# code to get the IDEI, and I can't figure out where the sim card is. So even if I finally got it unlocked, I wouldn't know how to swap the sim cards.
I'm just looking for a little help. Thanks guys!
EDIT:
Went in with brute force and didn't find a sim card.
Looks a bit difficult to swap cards if there is one. But still, awaiting answers!
OK if the phone i locked tunr on to the lock screen and then jus take off the battery and place bak in (DO THIS REALLY QUICK IF NOT DONE CORRECT WILL NOT WORK) it should take off the unlock code
search on youtube how to unlock a phone with off code..
