Hello,
I know almost nothing about computers, so a friend sent me here. My problem is that when I finish downloading a torrent, it is watchable through my pc. When I use nero to burn to a cdr, the audio/video is completley outta whack, by a good 5-6 minutes. This happens everytime I burn a cdr now, and never used to. As I said, I am computer illiterate, but have some guesses (though I'm probably way off). First, my hard drive is only 37.5 Gb, of which I am using all but 10 Gb. Second, I keep getting a popup message from windows ( I am running xp) that says "virtual memory minimum too low". I have no idea if either of these would be causing the problem, I'm just learning computers now. If someone could PLEASE post a reply I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Nick

How are you burning it to the cd? What are you trying to play the cd in?

I am burning everything, from movies, music, applications, tv shows, etc. When I make a data dvd through nero, I know that I am not the one screwing up, it works on a friends computer. Something on my computer probably just needs to be adjusted or added, I just don't know what.

you must have a memory leak somewhere, or you have too many applications running. Sounds like it is a performance problem. Try closig down as many things as you can, check your availble memory by ctrl+alt+delete and goto task manager and look under processes.

That is where I would start
