Try DOOM 3. Or if you don't mind old-school, Undying will certainly freak you out. Bioshock is also freaky at times. Also, I've heard that the Alone in the Dark series is pretty scary.
And the scariest part, EVER, in a PC game for me is the abandoned basement lab in STALKER.

Yep, Condemned was indeed quite marrow-chilling. FEAR didn't live up to its title, though.

As for Sci-Fi games with monsters/aliens, etc...
Try:
Quake 4, that's sure to knock your socks off... set on an Alien planet, battling a vile, disgusting extraterrestrial race, atmosphere very similar to Doom 3, except focused more on Squad-based combat. (Uses the same engine as Doom 3).
Half-Life 2 (including HL2 Episode 1 and Episode 2), if you haven't already played it then do so, one of the finest FPS's in a long time.
Doom 3 as already mentioned, although that isn't so much as scary as it is just plain disturbing and weird, unless your just 13 years old...
Alien Versus Predator/Alien Versus Predator 2, both a bit old, but still fun and scary in today's age.
FarCry and Crysis.. FarCry is a bit on Science Fiction side, it deals with genetic engineering and mutating and such, it's a great game either way; and Crysis is it's spiritual successor, this time revolving around Aliens landing on Earth. Their both made by the same company and are both top-notch FPS's, with awesome graphics.

I'm 13 and Doom 3 ain't really scary. It's only kind of creepy when volume's turned up.

If your computer can handle it you MUST grab a copy of Call of Duty 4, I've beat it on the 360 and I can tell you it's an amazing game. Call of Duty 2 is great as well. The only thing that puzzles me is how Cpt. Price is still alive in CoD4, oh well!

I have played all of those games b4. However, I have found a game called Clive Barker's Jericho, which is a good game. Does anyone know any games like that? With scary team shooters. Thanks!

@ victor
If you want a freaky/creepy game keep an eye out for EA's new horror/survival game DEAD SPACE
It looks quite creepy and should be good.
Check out sites like gamespot for updates and release dates
Hope this helps
