I need someone with a windows xp pro upgrade disc to get the SETUPP.INI configuration file PID # any help would be appreciated.

Not from me. I believe you're trying to fool an OEM install disc act like a retail disc? Check out this link for change information, but nothing about spoofing XP Pro.
