weird motherboard post code 10 (epox 8RDA3+)

would anybody have any idea on what this post code means? it's my old computer that i started to build for lighter use and when i changed the BIOS settings and saved them -> it now stops on this post code on every boot.
the MB manual isn't being very informative: "Post Code 10h, Auto detect flash type to load appropriate flash R/W codes into the run time area in F000 for ESCD & DMI support"
i've seen my fair share of post codes but this one has never popped up. usually everything clears with taking everything apart and double checking the cables and rams, i've also tried resetting the BIOS with the onboard jumper reset but nothing helps.
ANY help would be appreciated, as i'd really like to put the old workhorse back in to action.

Hmm, that's not one I've seen before either. All I can think of is perhaps trying to flash the BIOS somehow, but if it doesn't POST, that might be a bit difficult.

it would really seem that this code is something of a mystery. i found one single forum on the net that apparently discussed this problem, but that was in russian so no help from there.
i have posted this to epox support but i doubt they will answer :/ i'll gladly accept any ideas on this! someone is bound to have seen this before.

i raised the FSB setting, for some reason it had dropped to 100mhz. i think i just changed that and save&booted to see the effect.

thats excactly what i whought at one point, but as far as i can see the BIOS memory test does not post and it is on the boot checklist before the post code 10?

yeah, couple of days ago. but i doubt i'm going to get an answer there, and it would seem that this post code has nothing to do with BIOS functionality.
i started to shuffle my ram once more world poker tour style and got it to boot up to BIOS setup once - after i changed the settings i was back to the dreaded code 10 again. my best guess is that the RAM slots themselves are shot, so i wont sacrifice any more of my mental health for this as you can find second hand mobos for about 20-30 bucks that can fit my parts.
