I'm using DVDFab Platinum and i've never really burn dvd to hard drive before. What good config to use ripping to hard drive for picture quality or should i just use default?

I will be using the file to watch on my t.v not to put on a dvd.

Usually default dvd-9

When you say DVD-9 does it mean Xvid to hard drive?

Ripping the dvd to a xvid on you hdd using DVD-9,right?

what would be a good config for xvid from a dvd to hdd or should i use default.

This is what i have:

Device: Generic
Generic.Default
Video Format: Xvid
Encoding Method: Fast encoding (1-pass)
Fixed Bitrate
Bitrate(kbps) 2020 Size(MB) 380
FrameRate: Same as source
Audio: same as source

This is what i have as default.

I'm getting horizontal lines when some scenes move fast.
That's why i'm asking what's a good CONFIG
Any help is apriciated.
