when i play games, like MOH, it begins to flash and blink extremely fast. it does not stop and lags everything. i tried reinstalling the game, but it wouldnt stop. its like its refreshing 10 times a second or something like that. over and over. is there a way to fix this?

If the problem occurs with all games, then it's most likely driver-related. Even if it doesn't, update your graphics adapter drivers, that should fix it.
