DVDFab HD Decrypter running slow (solved)

Normally, It takes 40-45 minutes to rip a DVD with DVDFab HD Decrypter. Lately it's been taking twice that long. Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated. Thanks

Check and see if DMD is atill on. If it is in PIO mode, it will run slow, turn it bak to DMA:

That was the problem, my Secondary IDE Controller switched to PIO Mode. I deleted the driver and re-booted my machine (twice) and it is now in Ultra DMA Mode 2.
