help..this error always occur i've already updated my driver to 1.21

thanks for the reply..

I've already had DMA on and removed the File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS' using RoxioZap.. i also tried using SONY DVD-R and also Imation but still same error occured..
illegal disc, could not perform start of disc-at-once..

Version 1.22 is available for your drive. That might help,however, your drive is old, and even with the latest firmware available, might not be able recognize the X16 discs.
