Fresh install, can't install drivers - "Error Installing iKernel.exe (0x10000)" error message

I reinstalled Windows XP and it won't let me install my drivers. Everytime I click the setup file I get "Error Installing iKernel.exe (0x10000)"

I did everything on [URL=http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108450]this site[/URL] and the problem persists. Please help!

Nevermind.

I broke down and called Dell Tech support. Turns out it was all a stupid mistake by me.
