ok well i got:

A phat psp
2GB MS
3.80 M33-5
kernel addon on it
NesterJ

....
is there anything else i need on it to make it fully upgraded?
what exactly does popsloader do?
and can i now play GBA stuff on it i have the bios for it
also where do u get roms for the GBA?

u only need popsloader, when u want to psx games. U can play GBA, for roms use google.

ok thanks im haveing trouble though i put the se plugins in my root but in recov mode they dont show up in plugins

1. Make the folder "seplugins" is on the root of ur psp
2. Make sure u have the prx
3. Make sure u have the txt file "POPS" with this line
"ms0:/seplugins/popsloader.prx" (without this "")

The final thing is whats the best GBA emulator? how do you install it? and what rom files does it play?

u put the txt file in the seplugins folder

the best would be gpsp. There is two folders. Just place the two folders to the GAME150 folder. It plays .gba files.
