As far as i know they sublet their discs like others (Imitation, Memorex, etc.) So it's a toss up.

For DL blank media your safest bet is with Verbatim.

The only way to know for sure is to purchase a spindle, and run with Dvd Identifier

The least expensive and still good d/l +R discs I can get are the Ritek 2.4x ( JoeRyan, the media guru here at AD says these discs are ok )

i have some Memorex that code out as >Physical Format Information (ADIP):
Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66
Book Type: DVD+R DL

and work great for xbox360 games

bought a 15 pack tonight for 21.16 :)

just was wondering what those Office Depot® Brand DVD+R Double Layer coded out as

The pack I tried was coded out as Ritek.

I've only used two spindles and they both were Ritek, the last was about 6 months ago, I don't burn a lot of DL disks anymore.
