ATM im runing cfw 3.03.oe-c how do i get to the menu to set iso load with no umd thanks

power off your psp competely that

Cant get it to do any thing just gos off.then i turn it back on nothing but normal psp menu.

competely off

OFF
hold the power switch UP until it shuts off
after it shuts off wait 1-3 seconds

turn it again as soon as you TURN it on press R trigger

if that cant help maybe try re-installing or a new software
