I've got a couple psx games in PAL format and I can't get them to play on my psp.

I know there's a few programs out there, but does anyone know of one that's easy to use and works well? I've tried a couple such as PALadin and ntsconv which won't open the .iso file and I'm required to open the program using run>cmd.
