i dont want 2 mod my psp and make a pandoras battery and i cant find any downgrade programs for a firmware 3.8 becouse i want to run my feedback (or making guitarhero cusom charts) homebrew program but i cant becouse it says theres a error can someone help me?

not possible. firmware 3.51 and up WILL need pandora's battery.

damb so i will just have 2 buy another batt. and mem. stick so i dont have 2 wait till they will eventially come out with a psp downgrader... so i guess pandora's battery it is :(

Go to max console forum, theres a list of someone that will install custom firmware in your area, theres also a website (didnt bookmark it tho) where you found a list of person that will do install CFW, they will do it for free.
Second option, go to craiglist, do a search on PSP service, if you found none, post one. Say ex., "will pay $15 to install CFW on my PSP". Someone will reply, go to public places for meet-up and he or she will make your OFW to CFW. After you got CFW, you either have it like that you make a pandora battery for yourself in case you mess things up. Last time I check, on ebay, theres this thing where you post stuff you are looking for or like you are looking for services, post there too.

PS. You can post like $10 for CFW installation.
