.IFO's in VobSub Carries other .VOB's Timing?

Hello,

When I rip a section in DVD Decrypter, The .IFO I load into VobSub carries the timing of the previous .VOBS. How do I just get the timing for that VOB? *please note, the movie is all 1 TITLE:
