I understand its not 550W because I doubt im maxing it, but im worried that there will be a big price jump in the electrical bill, because Im only 16 I dont want to be in trouble :S for making the bill go high,
What do you think?

Because 2 weeks ago I was running a
Pentium 3 933mhz
512mb SDRAM PC133 (2x256)
160gb HDD (Same one) week b4 tht i had a 5400rpm 20gb
Pioneer 112D DVD Burner
Intel D815EFV MB
Gecube ATi Radeon 9550 Extreme Edition PLatiunum 128mb AGP8x.

will there be a huge price jump Im worried, or should I not be because ive seen newer components use less power.
Thanks!

there shouldn't be a big increase in power consumption. if it is a 24/7 computer then there might affect the bill. but since you don't overclock there should be some power saving things in the bios that you can look at and you could put it into standby when not using it. my parents have never said anything about the power bill rising at all. they would have mentioned to me if it was $15 over or something like that. i also have alot of stuff running.

i uses to trip the cirut breaker with all that stuff on but we had some work done on that. but if you are really worried just ask you parents if the bill goes up at all.
