I got a Sony Ericsson K550i and I read about how you can flash it with the W610 firmware and make a "hybrid" cybershot-walkman phone. Well I tried this and something isn't right. The phone is originally a European phone one the Orange network. I tried to flash the new firmware and now when I turn the phone on it displays this screen:

I'm not sure what text is in the black box that never goes away but I think that I remember it having something to do with the SIM card. I saw the box one time when I first flashed it. I have tried flashing the original MAIN and FS back on the phone but it's still not working. I even tried reflashing the W610 firmware and that doesn't work either. So I'm not really sure what to do now. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't think that the phone is bricked because it powers on and I can watch the "Demo" movie and even get into the special admin menu.
