Cant get my nomad zen xtra to play in mediasource after update.

Everyone seems to have trouble with the player after the update, but my firmware update to playsforsure 2.10.03(bullcrap) went smoothly. I can access my player in mediasource only if I wait for an hour, then it freezes up the whole system. When I unplug it, the computer comes back to life. Anyone have any ideas how I can still use media source after this rap update and can you tell me how you are doing it? I ran the update for the playsforsure devices on the creative web site already, several times... I even started a fresh windows XP. I tried mediaplayer 9, 10, 11. It's all bad..Thanks!!
