Hello Everyone

I just got a new PC, but when I turn it off the Usb ports are still powered.
And my new Lite-ON External Drive does not have on off switch so it is always on as well as my mouse.

Is this normal, if not what should I do??

yes its fine, is it normal, that depends on brandname motherboards and chipsets. I have a computer that comes on if you say a keyword into the mic.

I wouldn't worry about it as long as everything else works.
