ELECTRICAL NOISE IN NEW HDTV

I just bought a new Samsung hdtv. I have noticed some humming noise from the speakers sometimes. I bought Monster coax cables with no help. Then I bought a monsterpower theater power bar and hooked it up. It did seem to help somewhat, but the humming noise is still there sometimes.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem????
