Please help - Problem installing Jaws Unleashed on PC with Vista

The game used to work fine with Windows XP. The install program starts and proceeds to click next to install but then within 2 seconds it says it has a problem installing the game and will not do it. I have tried to install it as as Administrator and I have tried running it in the compatibility mode for windows xp. Neither of these works. I have also installed all of the updates for Vista on the pc, and this had no effect either. I would appreciate any advice anyone has. thank you.

Ok I know what the problem, if it works grand with windows XP then the game isnt vista friendly.
