Anyone know how to start a workgroup network for XBMC and Vista?

I just had to go out and get a new PC last night and my old one had XP and was very easy to set up a workgroup network to my XBOX and XBMC. Now this one has vista ( I hate this Vista ) and I cant figure out anything at all.

Help me ..... PLEASE?!
