Height adjustable LCD TV mount?

I have a Sony Bravia XBR5 46" TV and I'm looking for a height adjustable wall/ceiling mount for it with no luck. I've seen tilt, angle, swivle, etc, but nothing that's height adjustable. I was wondering if anyone here has one to recommend or has heard of a good one?
