I need advice on converting Gameshark codes for Final Fantasy XII (North American Version)

Currently I have a GameShark 2 V.4 disk, and looking at this site which uses more recent GameShark versions, I ask for aid in converting these correctly into the said earlier version (GS 2 v4). I know that currently there is a thread that is ongoing in converting these types of codes, but I'm afraid that it is rather a bit of a mess in that thread and I would appreciate if somebody can help me out in this more specific topic.

I do have maxconvert v0.71, but I'm afraid I haven't had luck in using it correctly. Please help a poor fellow such as myself out.
