DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET...REMOVE THE PLUG FROM THE BACK OF THE COMPUTER

Close all other windows before proceeding.

Turn off all real time protection.
Anti-virus, Anti-spyware or any other security programmes you`re running.

Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please attach the main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Re-enable your security programmes and reconnect to the net.

Reboot into safe mode. Open HJK. Click, do a scan only. Place a tick against the following entry. Click, fix checked. Click yes. Close HJK.

There are times that the file may be in use even if Internet Explorer is shut down. I have attached the EXTRA.txt last two reply,
I trying to do a new DSS after I　delete the BHO: (no name),but I didn't find the new EXTRA.txt file anywhere.

OK, no more logs for now. The last time you ran DSS you didn't disable your anti-virus as instructed. I did see you managed to disable Windows Defender. Did you boot into safe mode and try to remove the dead BHO file? No big deal, it doesn't hurt anything being there. We can alway remove it later by manually deleting it from the registry.

You know what I　did!!
I go to the Safe mode,run the hijack,checked fix the two below,,
"O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Office SturtUp] osa9.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gfxtray] rundll32 ctccw32.dll,findwnd "

It seem to delete the two,after I re-hijack,
So when I re-start ,It didn't pop up for now....


Another question:So the files in the hijack log are problem files?
Do I need to delete all of it?Would it make the comouter run smoother?
