1) Remove all SIM cards from the handset.
2) Switch ON the handset.
3) The handset should display: ?Insert SIM?.
4) Press the joystick or Jog dial key left once (DO NOT PRESS THE JOYSTICK IN).
5) Press * key twice.
6) Press the joystick or jog dial key left once (DO NOT PRESS THE JOYSTICK IN).
7) If ?Network? does not appear, scroll to ?SP? or ?SPCK?.
8) Press select.
9) Enter in: 3219090899843533
10) The handset will display ?Network unlocked? or display a green padlock.

i followed all given instructions and all i get is personalised with MNC2
then it does not say network or anything it says
